How long will the driver wait for me?

 

For arrivals, waiting time is as follows:

Up to 1 hour after the actual landing time at the airport

Up to 15 minutes after the train arrives at the station

For departures from hotels or apartments, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.

We always aim to provide the best possible service for both arrivals and departures from Lamezia Terme. If you need more time for any reason, please contact our emergency number +39 351 707 0344 (also via WhatsApp) in advance, and we will do our best to assist you.

Depending on the extra waiting time required, an additional charge may apply.

For night flights (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), in case of flight delays, a €20 supplement is required, payable in cash directly to the driver.

 

How should I choose the pick-up time?

 

For arrivals, we recommend selecting a pick-up time that matches the arrival time of your flight or train.

For example, if your flight lands at 10:00 AM, please select 10:00 AM as your pick-up time.

For departures, we recommend booking the pick-up 3 hours before your flight departure time.

 

Where will I find my driver?

 

Your driver will wait as close as possible to the requested pick-up point and will be easy to identify with a sign displaying your name.
