At the time of booking, please let us know if delivery to your hotel is required (where possible), or if you prefer to pick it up yourself.
- A deposit is required by credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid via a secure credit card payment link no later than 7 days before the rental date.
For bookings made less than 7 days before the rental date, the remaining balance is due immediately after the booking has been confirmed.
The payment link for the outstanding balance will be sent by email.
Cancellations
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. In case of later cancellation, the payment will not be returned.
