The starts times of the experience could vary by a maximum of 30 minutes depending on the period chosen and depending on the summer temperature ( we try to avoid the hottest hours ). You will be notified 1 or 2 days in advance to confirm the tour and the appointment time.
Should the tour be cancelled for bad weather, you will be notified in order to arrange a different date (where possible) or to obtain a full refund.

Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the customer, if the cancellation is made within 48 before the booked day, the deposit will be returned. Otherwise, the amount paid will be retained.
