Summer 2017 – Wine & Sail Cup Campania 3rd edition
Wine & Sail itinerary:
Saturday – Procida:
Check-in from 4 pm
7.30 pm – Welcome drink and tasting of local Procidan wine and traditional food
Sunday – Ischia:
Briefing for the crews – Circumnavigation of Procida and Ischia
4.30 pm back in the harbour. 6.30 pm wine tasting and sampling of local products and a tour to the wine cellar (uve biancolella & falanghina)
Monday – Capri – Positano:
A day of sea and sailing towards Capri. A visit and lunch in Capri. Evening under the stars in Positano.
Tuesday – Furore – Salerno – Paestum:
Navigation along the coast to admire the Fiordo di Furore, relax, a swim and course towards Salerno and its brand new Marina di Arechi.
4.30 pm Transfer to the museum and achaeological site of Paestum
7 pm Visit the wine cellar – Cantine Cilentane – with buffet based on mozzarella di bufala and wine tasting
Wednesday – Cetara:
Free navigation along the Amalfi coast from Vietri to Cetara
6 pm – Cetara Porto a visit to the historical fishing harbour
9 pm Evening with wine tasting (falanghina & aglianico, cantine Salernitane) and local/traditional fish dishes
Thursday – Amalfi:
Navigation from Cetara to Amalfi, a short but intense stretch of coastline where you can admire not only the various villages, but also the many stairways which are accessible only from the sea
4.30 pm Harbour of Amalfi
6 pm Tour to the wine cellar – Cantine di Furore – and the Amalfi coast (fior d’uva e fiano)
Free Evening
Friday – Procida:
Navigation towards Punta Campanella for a break and swim
5.30 pm re-entry in Procida
Saturday – Procida:
Breakfast and check-out by 9 am
